RETURNS
Merchandise will not be accepted back without prior approval and will be subject to 20% restocking charge (plus carton or freight charges). All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Special order / non-stock items cannot be returned. All Return items must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging, carton, wrap, etc. and the carton must be free of additional markings. All internal packaging, bubble wrap, cardboard corners, etc. must be in place. Ready-to-assemble furniture is not returnable if the manufacturer’s carton has been opened and the contents removed for assembly and/or is assembled.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Notify Commercial Interior Furnishers Amador @ cifsalesamador@gmail.com as soon as damage/problem is discovered to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Submit photos via email showing damage prior to any assembly. Assembled product will not be considered for credit. We will make 3 attempts to pick up if we delivered. If not returned within the 3 attempts, the RA will be canceled and no credit given. A credit will be issued upon inspection and approval of returned product.
