SHIPPING
Routing, including will-calls, should be clearly specified on the purchase order, and all stock orders must be picked up or delivered within 30 days or may be subject to cancellation. The company's delivery schedule is subject to truck capacities, road or weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseeable circumstances. Delivery of goods is dock-to-dock only, and any shipments going to places without a dock must be an approved delivery address and may incur extra fees. Due to fluctuation of orders being shipped on company trucks, specific delivery times cannot be accommodated. The customer's signature without written exception signifies that the order was received in full.

If product is shipped via common carrier from the warehouse, customers must designate collect or third-party billing information, carrier name, carrier's phone number, their account number with the carrier, and complete consignee name, address and phone number. It's important to note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery, take photos, and notify Commercial Interior Furnishers Amador @ cifsalesamador@gmail.com within 3 business days to report any damages or shortages.
